Vinous and fruity. Reminiscent of wild blackberry, raspberry and wild berries
Flavour
Characteristic, slightly tannic with a persistent aftertaste of red berries, balanced acidity.

It is particularly recommended with fatty meat, roast meat and wild game
Serving Temperature
18°C. Open the bottle several hours before serving.

In a cool place away from sources of light and heat.
