CANTINE APERTE 2013 is the great Italian event dedicated to all wine lovers.
For this edition we'll organize an exclusive tasting: “TASTE THE WINE WHILE I'M COOKING – From the traditional dishes to the modern ones".
At 11.30 a.m. and at 6.00 p.m.: tasting moments of Borgo Stajnbech wines with a very interesting show-cooking directed by chef Gigi of Sacco & Vanzetti Restaurant. Our proposals: Sauvignon Bosco della Donna, soft, lingering, fine and elegant white wine, ideal with the spring cuisine, and Merlot, excellent red wine to drink through the meal, versatile, harmonious and pleasant.
For children: the nice “MERENDA IN VIGNA”, a pic-nic in the vineyards.
Live music with “Silvia Unplugged” group from 2.30 p.m. to 5.30 p.m.
