This internationally
famous vine
boasts an important tradition
in the Veneto region;

interprets its character

Colour: straw yellow with slightly coppery tinges which recall the colour of the grape skin.
Bouquet: pleasant, fresh and fruity with notes of green apple.

Wine area: DOC Lison Pramaggiore.
Grapes: 100% Pinot Grigio.
Vineyard: Belfiore/site of Boa.
Soil: clayey-calcareous.
Vine density: 4200 plants per hectare.
Training system: double arched cane.
Harvest time: end of August, first week of September.
Vinification: vinification without the skins, soft pressing of the whole berries, removal of the must from the lees at low temperatures, fermentation at controlled temperature.
Ageing: 5 months in steel tanks and 2 months in the bottle.
Alcohol content: 13% vol.
Total acidity: 5,5 g/l.

Gastronomic matches: excellent with first courses, fish and white meats, giving the dishes a touch of class. It should be served at 10°C.
