High quality wines originates from the Pinot Nero, a noble wine type risen to the highest levels of the worldwide enology. Ruby-red wine characterized by the elegant boquet typical of this vine variety, with notes of berry fruits, cherry and violet. The taste is soft and inviting,with a fine and lingering aftertaste.

Clayey-calcareous
Vine density: 4.500 plants per hectare
Harvest time: First week of September
Vinification: Traditional maceration of the skins for 8-10 days, controlled temperature at 26-28° C.
Ageing: Part in steel tanks, part in Agliè oak barrels.
Alcohol content: 13% vol.
Total acidity: 5,5 g./l.

It's excellent with tasty first courses, meat and middle-aged cheeses. It should be served at 16-18° C.
